DEHRA DUN: O ne person was killed dead and four were injured in a squall that also partially damaged a VIP helicopter parked at a helipad at the Matli camp of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police, 8 km from Uttarkashi, during a mock post-earthquake management drill conducted jointly by the National Disaster Management Authority and the Uttarakhand Department of Disaster Management here on Tuesday. Swift winds damaged several semi-pucca houses and uprooted trees in nearby areas including Ganeshpur and Malandhar, said senior officials .
