Kochi: The Kerala High Court on Tuesday issued notices to Minister for Power A.K. Balan and M. Chandran, MLA, on a petition seeking a direction to set aside a Palakkad Sessions Court order suspending the sentence awarded to them by a magistrate court in a criminal case. Justice V. Ramkumar issued the notice on a petition filed by P. Sandeep of Ernakulam. The petition sought to suspend the Sessions Court order staying the arrest warrant issued against the two.
