Takes up issue of rising rupee with RBI

NEW DELHI: The Union Commerce Ministry has taken up the issue of adverse impact of the rising rupee on exports with the Reserve Bank of India, contending that measures must be taken to check appreciation in the domestic currency against the U.S. dollar, Commerce and Industry Minister Kamal Nath told reporters on the sidelines of a function.
