Paramjeet Kaur gets bail

She has been asked to appear before investigating officer every Monday

    NEW DELHI: A Delhi court on Wednesday granted bail to Paramjeet Kaur, one of the accused in the trafficking case involving Bharatiya Janata Party member of Parliament Babubhai Katara.

    Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Kamini Lau granted bail to Ms. Kaur on the condition that she would appear before the investigating officer every Monday in the morning hours. The court also got her to furnish a personal bond of Rs. 1 lakh and a surety of like amount.

    The court asked Ms. Kaur to cooperate in the investigations by appearing before the officer as and when required by him.
