HYDERABAD: Lecturers of junior colleges have said that the EAMCET Committee has ignored several grammatical mistakes, typographical errors and facts in the key released on Tuesday. In a statement here, a group of lecturers said that due to the grammatical mistakes and typographical errors in the medical stream, students were confused and might not have answered correctly. In question No. 44, answers given in Telugu and English conveyed different meanings and it should be removed in the interests of students. Similarly, in question No. 58, there was a typographical error. Instead of "efferent salivary duct," it was given as "efferent salivary ducts." In question No. 60, one of the choices was given as "dependymal cells" whereas it should be have been "ependymal cells." In question No. 65, instead of "net filtration pressure," it was given as "net filtrate pressure." They said several such mistakes in other questions wasted precious time of students, thus affecting the overall performance.
