Housing colony for Buggavanka oustees

KADAPA: A model housing colony will be constructed for families displaced by Buggavanka stream beautification works at a cost of Rs. 7.50 crores, Kadapa Municipal Commissioner S. Aleem Basha said on Wednesday.

Speaking in Praja Patham meetings in the 42nd and 44th municipal divisions, he said poorer sections would be allotted houses in the Satellite City near Kadapa aerodrome on payment of Rs. 2,100.

Kadapa Mayor P. Ravindranath Reddy said action taken report would be placed before people by holding meetings at Praja Patham venues after 30 days.
