Woman run over by bus

Thiruvananthapuram: A public transport bus ran over a 65-year-old woman, fatally injuring her in front of Raj Bhavan on Wednesday morning. The police identified the deceased as Shyamala Kumari Amma of `Shyamala Nivas,' Poojappura.

The incident was reported to the police at 11 a.m. An official said Shyamala Kumari was riding pillion on a motorbike driven by her son.
