Maveric sets up office in New Jersey

CHENNAI: Maveric Systems, an independent software testing company, plans to enter the U.S. market to increase its offshoring of testing services. It has invested Rs. 5 crore to set up an office in New Jersey. Similarly, the company is planning to set up centres of excellence to focus on R&D and development of automation tools and next generation testing solutions for insurance, retail banking and investment banking. Addressing a press conference here on Thursday, Ranga Reddy, Chief Executive Officer, said Maveric had launched a new 20,000 sq. ft. facility in Chennai, which would seat nearly 400 additional staff by the end of the financial year and had the capability to seat another 1,000 for the offshore delivery centre.
