Indian Bank global debit MasterCard card launched

CHENNAI: MasterCard Worldwide and Indian Bank, which is celebrating its centenary year, announced on Thursday, the launch of the Indian Bank Global Debit MasterCard Card. The new card will be accepted at over 24 million Point of Sale (POS) terminals and 1.2 million ATMs globally. According to K. C. Chakrabarty, Chairman and Managing Director, Indian bank, the card will be accepted at over 3.25 lakh merchant establishments and 30,000 ATMs across the country, says a release.
