Probe after CBI gets notification

NEW DELHI:
The Central Bureau of Investigation will begin the probe into the Wednesday's attack on the Tamil daily Dinakaran in Madurai as soon as the agency receives the notification from the Ministry of Personnel here.
After the Tamil Nadu Government sends its formal request to the Centre for a CBI probe into the attack in which three persons were killed , the Personnel Ministry would seek the comments of the agency.
According to the CBI spokesman here on Thursday, the agency would begin the investigation as soon as the Ministry of Personnel formally sends the notification to it.
