VELLORE : The State Government has declared May 15 (Tuesday) as a local holiday in Vellore district for the annual Sirasu festival in the Gangaiamman Temple at Gudiyatham. In lieu of May 15, June 9 (Saturday) will be a working day for government officials while June 10 (Sunday) would be a working day for employees of government printing presses. Treasuries and sub-treasuries would function as usual on May 15
