Kavveri Telecom's second acquisition in Canada

BANGALORE: Kavveri Telecom Products Ltd., manufacturer of antennas and RF products for supply to OEMs in the wireless/telecom space, has fully acquired Digital Communications Inc (DCI), in Canada. Kavveri's General Manager-Business Development, Col (Retd.) T. S. Gururaj, told reporters on Friday the deal was for Canadian $2 million and DCI will continue to operate under its name under a President appointed by the parent company. In January, Kavveri acquired a smaller Canadian firm Til-Tek, specialising in antennas.
