High Court declines stay

Kochi: The Kerala High Court on Friday declined to stay a memo issued by the revenue authorities directing Abad Motels and Resorts to stop its constructions in Munnar. Justice Antony Dominic adjourned the hearing after the summer vacation. The petitioner contended that the actions of the revenue authorities were illegal. He sought to set aside the stop memo and further proceedings initiated by the revenue authorities.
