HYDERABAD: How to double your operating cash flow in 12 months? Emphasising on quality human resources, Mr. Verne felt that Indian recruitment process should be more stringent as it was people who would make real difference to an organisation's growth by developing brand promise. Mr. Verne explained as to how to bring ones core values and core purpose alive and thus energise ones employees. He also emphasised that with use of effective tools that focus on organisational alignment, one could become an entrepreneurial giant. More importantly, he dealt on Rockfeller Habits checklist - 10 essential habits that reduce the executive time needed to manage the business from 50 hours/week to less than 15 hours.
