CHENNAI: The Structural Engineering Research Centre (SERC) under the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research celebrated the National Technology Day here on Friday. N. Lakshmanan, Director, SERC, said the Council was constantly engaged in developing new technology. The time had come for scientists to highlight their achievements.
