CHENNAI: Union Minister for Communications and Information Technology Dayanidhi Maran greeted Prime Minister Manmohan Singh with a shawl at the airport on his arrival in Chennai. Among those who received the Prime Minister were State Chief Secretary L.K. Tripathy, Director General of Police D.Mukherjee and a host of officials and representatives from the three services.
