Seva Dal camp

KOLLAM: Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) president Ramesh Chennithala will inaugurate a week-long district camp of the Congress Seva Dal at Pavithreshwaram on Monday.

At a press conference here on Saturday, DCC president Kadavur Sivadasan said 250 Seva Dal members from the district would attend the camp.

The inaugural function would be addressed by Congress leaders Kodikunnil Suresh, Sooranad Rajashekaran, N. Azhakeshan, M. Surendran Pillai, A. Hidur Mohammed, V. Sathyaseelan and Ezhukone Narayanan.

Leader of the Opposition Oommen Chandy would address the camp on May 16 .

Seva Dal State chairman M. Ramakrishnan would deliver the keynote address.

Valedictory

The valedictory function on May 20 will be inaugurated by United Democratic Front (UDF) convener P.P. Thankachan.

Congress leaders K.C. Rajan, P.C. Vishunath, MLA, Saraswathi Kunjukrishnan, Jameela Ibrahim, Bharatheepuram Sasi and Karumalil Sukumaran will address the function.
