DHARWAD: The Hubli police have arrested one more moneylender on the charge of fleecing the people. In a press release issued here on Friday, the police said they had arrested Somashekhar Shivarudrappa Neelagar of Kopparakeri in Dharwad after a raid on his house. Stamp papers and blank cheques signed by borrowers and Rs. 9,500 had been seized. The police have registered a case.
