Candlelight procession

BANGALORE: The Karnataka Dalit Sangharsha Samithi will organise a candlelight procession from Kambalapalli to the Vidhana Soudha on May 15, starting at 10 a.m. The two-day march will briefly stop at Hoskote, where a cultural programme will be held. With a final stop at Ulsoor Lake, it will reach the Vidhana Soudha on May 16. KDSS president N. Murthy told presspersons on Saturday that the march was to bring the issue to the public domain as the plight of small towns like Kambalapalli was not given adequate coverage.
