`View and Review' competition

Psycho oncology training

The Centre for Psychology for Education and Research, an initiative of the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, and an associate of the National Institute of Advanced Studies, Bangalore, offers training programme for psychologists to train as psycho oncologists. The one-year diploma programme inducts psychology postgraduates and in association with cancer centres across the country, would provide intensive clinical training in psycho oncology. Youth Award

The Bangalore Urban District Nehru Yuvaka Kendra has invited applications from registered youth associations for the Youth Award for 2006-07. While the Youth Award comprising Rs. 2,000 in cash would be given to individuals, the association award will be presented to an organisation.
