Oceanography symposium

KOCHI: The School of Naval Oceanology and Meteorology will conduct METOC 07, a two-day national symposium on emerging trends in meteorology and oceanography, at Hotel Avenue Centre on May 21 and 22.

The Southern Naval Command and Cusat's Centre for Monsoon Studies are the co-organisers.

The aim is to provide a platform to the research community and academia to exchange views on better understanding of the atmosphere and oceans.
