CHENNAI: The importance of changing the mindset of the trading community and the staff attached to the Commercial Department was vital to help ensure the smooth transition from the Sales Tax Regime to the new Value Added Tax system, said T. Jacob, Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, at a open house here on Tuesday. It was organised by the Andhra Chamber of Commerce
