Four get life term for murder

CHENNAI : A fast track court sentenced four men to life imprisonment for murder.

According to a press release, Senthil Kumar alias Veera (28) of Kamarajapuram, Ambattur was found dead at the Ambattur Industrial Estate on January 1 this year with multiple injuries inflicted on his body.

Police said that a four-member gang from the same locality had killed Veera for an affair he was having with a girl related to two of the accused.

The names of the four were given as Thirugnanam (35), Arumugam (27), Suresh (27) and Narayanan (28).
