RSWM acquires 50 p.c. stake in SISA S.A.

NOIDA: RSWM, an LNJ Bhilwara group company, has acquired 50 per cent equity stake in SISA S. A. of Spain. This acquisition will enable RSWM to considerably expand its footprint in the higher value-added international yarn market, according to a release. SISA will now be renamed as RSWM SISA S.A.
