HYDERABAD: Over-ruling the opinion of the Law Secretary, the House Committee of the Andhra Pradesh Assembly on implementation and monitoring of GO 610 recommended to the Government to enforce it even in judicial services and State public sector undertakings. Members of the committee, which is headed by Congress MLA N. Uttam Kumar Reddy, objected to the letter written by the Law Secretary at a meeting here on Tuesday stating that the Presidential order on employment in Telangana could not be implemented in the judicial service. The Committee members sought the advice of former bureaucrat J. M. Girglani, who was also present.
