HYDERABAD:
The South Central Railway has cancelled/rescheduled several trains on the Nanded - Manmad section following the derailment of a goods train at Parbhani railway station in Nanded division. Train No. 2724 New Delhi - Hyderabad Andhra Pradesh Express that left New Delhi on May 14 and was scheduled to reach Hyderabad at 7.50 p.m. on Tuesday was running late by 14 hours and will reach at 9 a.m. on Wednesday. Consequently, no. 2723 in the return will leave Hyderabad at 12.15 p.m. instead of at 6.25 a.m. on Wednesday. Train No. 717 Secunderabad - Rajkot summer special will leave at 8 p.m. on Wednesday instead of at 2.45 p.m. Train No. 348 Purna - Hyderabad Passenger was rescheduled to leave at 12 noon on Tuesday instead of at 7.25 a.m. the same day, while no. 6593 Nanded - Bangalore Express was rescheduled to leave at 11 a.m. instead of at 6 a.m. on Tuesday.
Accordingly, five passenger trains have been cancelled on Tuesday and partially cancelled four more passenger trains. Two express trains that were partially cancelled include train no. 7688 Dharmabad - Manmad Express (between Nanded and Manmad) and no. 7687 Manmad - Dharmabad Expess (between Manmad and Aurangabad).
