Emirates Airline launches special holiday package to Dubai

Special Correspondent

CHENNAI: Emirates Airline has come out with a special holiday package to Dubai for people travelling from Chennai.

The package, launched by Emirates Holidays, is priced at Rs.28,900 and includes economy class return airfare, three nights accommodation, taxes, service charges, assistance at Dubai international airport and transfers between hotel and airport.

Families can pay an additional charge of Rs.11,000 and upwards if they travel with children.

The offer is available till October 11, according to Sudhir Sukumaran, sales manager, Emirates Airline.

Flexible package

Mr. Sukumaran said the package would be flexible depending on the customer's needs and suitable for week-end travellers.

It would be extended to other destinations soon. Emirates, which started operations in Chennai in 2000 with four weekly flights, now operates eight weekly flights.

At the Dubai visa processing centre, one can get a four-day transit visa or a 59-day visit visa, he added.
