Tackling errant MPs

MANDATE FOR SPEAKER: Lok Sabha Speaker Somnath Chatterjee, Leader of the Opposition L.K. Advani, BJP leader V.K. Malhotra, Parliamentary Affairs Minister P.R. Dasmunsi, CPI leader Gurudas Dasgupta and other leaders at the all-party meet at Parliament House in New Delhi on Tuesday.
