KOCHI: `Kalikotta,' a cultural organisation based at Muvattupuzha in association with Kerala Kalamandalam and `Vazhengada Kunju Nair Trust, is organising a three-day Kathakali festival at Gitanjali Hall, Muvattupuzha from May 18 to 20. N.R. Gramaprakash, secretary, Kerala Kalamandalam, will inaugurate the event on May 18 at 5 p.m. `Seetha swayamvaram' will be staged on May 18, `Nalacharitham Onnam Divasam' on May 19 and `Daksha Yagam' on May 20. The performances will begin at 7 p.m. on all days. There will also be lecture-demos and seminars on Kathakali, according to a release.
