Scales cell tower for SC classification

    GUNTUR: Frustration among the youth due to delay in the SC classification o came out in the open in Guntur on Thursday with a 30-year-old former Army jawan scaling a cell phone tower at Nehru Nagar in the city at noon. Passersby immediately alerted the police and 108 EMRI.
