Probe into `custodial death'

BHUBANESWAR: The State Government has ordered an inquiry by the State Human Rights Commission into an alleged the custodial death in Brahmanitarang police station in Sundargarh district.

According to the Chief Minister's Office, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has declared Rs 50,000 assistance to the kin of the person who died in custody on Wednesday.
