Special Correspondent
Puducherry : The Pudhuvai Thowheed Jamaath has called upon the Central and State Governments to initiate immediate steps to identify the culprits who had unleashed "a most barbarous and uncivilised" attack on the famous Mecca Masjid in Hyderabad during the Friday prayers. The spokesman of the Jamaath A.Peer Mohammad said in a release here on Saturday that those, who reposed faith in democracy and secularism, would condemn the incident in strongest terms. Steps should be taken to ensure that there was no threat to peace and no re-occurrence of such incidents in the country.
