Udupi: President of Savitha Samaj Bannanje Govinda Bhandary has said that the samaj would provide training for women in beautician course. Mr. Bhandary told presspersons here on Friday that Rs. 2 crore would be spent on the training programme. The samaj would construct "Savitha Samudaya Bhavan" in 170 taluks of 27 districts. It had allocated Rs. 1 crore for this purpose and it would approach the State Government for additional funds. Vishwesha Tirtha swamiji of Pejawar Math would inaugurate the Savitha Samaj Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society here on Tuesday, he said.
