The Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh (SAAP) has sealed the AP Football Association (APFA) office at the Lal Bahadur Stadium on Tuesday following a directive from the All India Football Federation that no group in the APFA was a legitimate body to run the sport. The sealing was done as one of the groups, claiming itself to be the true representative body of APFA, had been functioning from the premises for quite some time now. According to official sources in the SAAP, status quo will be maintained till all the disputes are settled amicably within the APFA.
