Inter supplementary exam from today

HYDERABAD: Intermediate Public Advanced Supplementary theory examinations will be held from May 23 to 31 between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. for first-year students. The exam will be conducted from 2.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. for second-year students.

Over 7.93 lakh candidates, from both vocational and general streams, are appearing for the exam. Hall tickets have been dispatched to centres and colleges. A control room was opened at the office of the Board of Intermediate Education (BIE). It can be contacted on phone number 24601010.

Candidates should report at the centres at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination. Mobile phones would not be allowed in the examination hall. Candidates could approach their college principals in case of any problem, BIE Secretary N. Vijaya Lakshmi.
