GULBARGA: Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has invited applications for the selection of students to participate in the International Astronautical Congress (IAC-2007) to be held in Hyderabad. District Science Officer B.R. Viswanath in a press release said that ISRO would be sending 50 students from the State as delegates. The screening and other tests would be held at the District Science Centre here shortly. ISRO has selected the District Science Centre here as one of the nodal centres. The contest is open for Pre-University, Degree, Post-Graduate and Law students as per the age criteria prescribed. Interested students can have more details about the selection from the District Science Centre. A detailed notice has been displayed at the centre. The last date for the submission of questionnaire and entry forms is June 11 and the results will be announced on June 21.
