HASSAN: Umesh Pangam has taken charge as Additional Superintendent of Police, Hassan. He succeeds K.P. Thammaiah who retired on April 30. Mr. Pangam earlier served as Lokayukta Superintendent of Police Chitradurga and Bellary.
