MRO-TEK to pay 20 per cent final

BANGALORE: MRO-TEK has announced a final dividend of 20 per cent (Re. 1 per share). The company has posted a 39.41 per cent decline in its net profit for the year ended March 31, 2007, to Rs. 10.7 crore from Rs. 17.66 crore in the year-ago period. Revenues fell by 20.13 per cent to Rs. 115 crore from Rs. 144 crore. While the year brought a lot of optimism, the business changed because of the pricing pressure, company's Chairman and Managing Director Narayanan said.
