WeP rolls out high-speed dot matrix printer

MYSORE: A high-speed dot matrix printer, capable of churning out 710 pages in an hour, was rolled out of WeP Peripherals facility in Mysore on Tuesday. The WeP HQ 2100 model is expected to cater to large scale printing requirements in sectors such as banking, insurance, manufacturing, transportation, Indian Railways and the Central Government, said Senior General Manager, Operations and Exports, WeP Peripherals, S. Nagarjuna, at the launch. The cost of the newly launched printer is less than a lakh of rupees, said Ramdin, who is handling marketing for WeP Peripherals.
