Results of Common Entrance Test today

Over a lakh candidates had appeared for the test on May 9


  • Results will be out on the CET Cell website after 6 p.m.
  • CET exam centres to publish results on Saturday

    BANGALORE: Results of the Common Entrance Test (CET) will be out on the CET Cell website (http://cet.kar.nic.in) and other private sites after 6 p.m. on Friday. But at the 205 CET examination centres, the results will be published only after 4 p.m. on Saturday.

    Candidates may also access their results from the following websites on Friday: www.educhoice.org, http://results.sify.com, www.indiaresults.com, www.padai.com, www.oneindia.in, www.karnataka.com, www.educhoicekarnataka.com, www.rediff.com, www.bangaloreeducation.com, www.enstitutes.com, www.thatskannada.com and www.resultsonmobile.com.

    Telephonic announcement of the results will be made through BSNL. For results through BSNL, candidates from Bangalore should call 1255225 and those from outside Bangalore 95801-255225. Candidates outside Karnataka could call 080-1255225. BSNL mobile subscribers could obtain the results by dialling 12506/12505. As the CET number has two letters in the beginning, candidates should dial the corresponding numbers followed by the remaining digits of their CET number. For instance, if the CET number is AZ654, candidates should dial 01 26 654 ("01" for the letter "A" and "26" for "Z"). An SMS could also be sent as "CET space Hall Ticket Number" to 5252 to access the results.

    The CET Cell has made it clear that the results will not be displayed on its premises. Over a lakh candidates had appeared for the CET conducted across the State on May 9.
