Calsoft buys majority stake in Aspire

CHENNAI: California Software Co. Ltd. (Calsoft) has announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding to acquire 51 per cent equity in Aspire Communications Pvt. Ltd. (Aspire). The acquisition will help Calsoft augment its product engineering services, according to S. Santhosh, Managing Director and CEO of Calsoft.
