Head recovered from Yamuna

NEW DELHI: The head of one of the victims of Chandrakant Jha, the alleged serial killer arrested by the West Delhi police on charges of dumping headless bodies outside the Tihar Central Jail premises, has been recovered from the Yamuna at Wazirabad here.

At the instance of Chandrakant, divers were pressed into action to search for the head portion of a body he had disposed of in the Yamuna. During interrogation, Chandrakant had earlier allegedly confessed to having murdered six persons. He allegedly killed them as he did not like them indulging in drinking, womanising and even lying.
