The demolition drive being carried out in various places seems to have inspired filmmakers in Malayalam film industry.

Excited by the overwhelming public response to the drive, directors and writers are busy working out scenes that would map all incidents related to the demolition of illegal structures in Munnar and other spots.

New projects

The grapevine has it that many new projects will have several references to the LDF Government's decision to act against encroachers in the State.

Actors may also take up the role of the Special Task Force members carrying out the drive against illegal encroachments.
