Kakinada: Mala Mahanadu president Karem Shivaji, who has been forcibly shifted from Rajahmundry and admitted to a Government general hospital here on Friday night in a dramatic fashion by the police, has been continuing his fast in the intensive care unit. Though Superintendent of Police Srinivasulu made him to call off the stir by giving him juice, Mr. Shivaji announced here on Sunday that it did not deter him from continuing the stir. He blamed the police for removing him forcibly from his hunger strike camp. Harsh Kumar, Amalapuram MP, called on Shivaji in the afternoon and enquired about his health. He wanted the Government to render justice to Malas.
