Cambridge Technology acquires U.S. firm

CHENNAI : Cambridge Technology Enterprises (CTE), a leading provider of service oriented architecture (SOA) based solutions and enterprise transformation applications to midsize enterprises, announced the acquisition of ComCreation Inc., a privately held U.S-based company that has its global delivery centre in Bangalore, for $3.5 million (about Rs. 14 crore), according to a release.
