Bala Kuteer student tops in Guntur district

GUNTUR: A student of Guntur city-based school Sri Venkateswara Bala Kuteer S.V.K. Chaitanya topped the list of successful students in the Central Board of Secondary Education scoring 473 marks out of 500 in the Class X examination.

In the results announced on Monday, while the school recorded 100 per cent pass, its students recorded highest marks in individual subjects also in Mathematics (100), English (94), Hindi (95), Science (97) and Telugu (98).

A student of KLP Public School got 465 out of 500, while Bala Kuteer student D. Pavantej and a Kendriya Vidyalaya, Nallapadu, student followed with 460 in the third place. The Bala Kuteer principal D. Jayashree and correspondent N. Mangadevi congratulated the children on their achievement.
