HYDERABAD: There was a steady stream of relatives, staunch supporters and fans at the NTR Ghat on Monday, the birth anniversary of former Chief Minister N. T. Rama Rao.

Among those who paid floral tributes were NTR's sons and other family members. They sat close to the memorial and spent some time there.

They included NTR's sons, Jayakrishna and his wife Padmaja, Ramakrishna, Jayashankar Krishna, Mohana Krishna and son-in-law Prasad.

A special attraction was the appearance of Junior NTR . The actor drew the spotlight, especially as it was a rare public appearance in his new `slim' avatar.

Yet another sight was when thespian and NTR's peer, Akkineni Nageswara Rao, and NTR's widow Lakshmi Parvati greeted each other at the memorial.
