KOZHIKODE: Education Minister M.A. Baby said here on Sunday that only people with a "distorted" perspective would support the groups that are trying to limit to the moneyed class access to educational institutions that offered high quality education. "Quality education is the right of all students, but it is true that due to circumstances, it sometimes turns out to be the right of only the rich. Unfortunately, there are groups that believe that quality education is the right of the moneyed class," the Minister said while inaugurating a medical laboratory at the Government Vocational Higher Secondary School at Kuttichira in Kozhikode. The Minister also claimed there had been a big leap forward in the quality of SSLC examination this year.
