Satyam partners Oracle Asia-Pacific

HYDERABAD: Satyam Computer Services and Oracle Asia-Pacific on Tuesday announced a strategic alliance to help enterprises in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region commence business intelligence (BI) implementation faster, cheaper, and with greater ease of use, according to a company release. iDecisions, Satyam's BI accelerator, will become the first major application to be ported to Oracle's Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition (BIEE), a comprehensive, hot-pluggable, standards-based BI platform. Additionally, the suite incorporates business-oriented features such as statutory compliance (Basel II).
