Bajaj Electricals announces 1:1 bonus

CHENNAI: Bajaj Electricals has announced a bonus issue in the ratio of one share for every equity share held. The company has reported gross sales from operations of Rs. 1,113 crore in the year ended March 31, 2007, against Rs. 878 crore in the previous year. The net profit has risen by 37 per cent to Rs. 38.53 crore from Rs. 28.20 crore.
